The main house at the Old Vicarage is a traditional 19th century, georgian house, formerly the Old Vicarage.
It has a very well equipped kitchen, a sitting room, and dining room, and full use of the lovely garden and games room.
There are four bedrooms upstairs, and two bathrooms.
It can be rented by itself or with the adjoining cottages each of which sleeps 4.
In low season it can be rented to fewer than 8 people as well with a pro-rata reduction in cost. Please enquire

The house has period features and an old world charm. It has high ceilings and well proportioned rooms.
It’s a traditional, georgian, family, house. People say that it has a homely, slightly grand, lived in comfortable feel that other rental properties do not have.
Some of the decor and furnishings may not be brand new, but that should not detract from your holiday experience in this great setting that allows you to take a step back in time.

The garden is beautifully maintained and has a mixture of wild flowers, maintained borders and small trees

Tea and biscuits on arrival
After a long journey, you’ll need a cup of tea and some biscuits. There will be milk in the fridge

A beautifully maintained, enclosed garden with mature borders, trees and a wild flower area.

Washing machine and tumble dryer if too wet outside!
Board games aplenty.
Jenga, 3d snakes and ladders, Monopoly, chess, Articulate, back gammon, Cranium etc etc
Lots of out door games
Help yourself to tennis net, croquet, wet suits, surf boards, table tennis, beach stuff, fishing rods, golf clubs…please put it all back!
Piano
Not quite concert standard but good enough for a sing along.

You’ll fine lots of interesting books. Please do not take them away.

A wonderful location, a fabulousand well equipped house with space for we 5 adults and more! Love the kitchen, where you can do proper cooking. Coastal footpaths, beaches, rockpools all amazing, whatever the weather and great having the piano too, thank you!
